The Barking Dog is as friendly neighborhood tavern located
in the heart of busy Bethesda, Maryland. We are located just
1.5 blocks from Metro and close to many Parking facilities.
Hand carved mahogany, mirrors and brass set the first floor
while a large lounge area with dance floor and bar define
the upper floor. "The Dog" is a great place to relax
after work, after a game or view sporting events on one of
eleven TVs featuring two big screens. Our most popular times are $3 beer and $5 burger nights, weedends with DJ's in the lounge and Thursday night karaoke.
There are party facilities for groups from 25 - 300 guests.
Lunch is served Monday thru Friday, full menu served 'till
11:00 pm and late night menu until we close. Ask your server
or bartender about our daily food and drink specials.
